Just got my 2012 Civic LX Last week, I like too much. But im looking to do some mods but i hadnt find anything yet. can anybody guide me to some mods (Exhaust, Intake, Header?) Thnks

Intake:
It is just a pipe and a filter I would imagine. Look at what 06-11 Civic owners are using and go from there.

Exhaust manifold:
Since the 2012 Civic is a re-designed set-up, I would try and contact a few companies that make manifolds for the 06-11 and see if they have information on compatibility yet.

Exhaust system:
Again, check compatibility between your car and 06-11's. Or contact companies and ask if there are working on something for your car. Otherwise, exhaust systems can be custom made at a shop for a relatively cheap price. Just pick out the muffler and they can make the piping if needed.

Remember, this is a brand new car after a re-design by Honda. I am sure you will start seeing parts specifically made for this generation once companies get a chance to look at everything.

 

Thanks a lot... ima look into it.. and i though the same just because the car in new they hadnt really design anything.. do you think the 2012 LX and 2012 SI are the same??? because when i went to the dealer the only differences were the tail lights and the price

 

They are different. The engine in the Si is better than the LX.

 

LOL yes, the SI is much better IMO. A K series motor which has ALOT of aftermarket support, and it is much faster than the LX.
