New Projected Civic ek 97

Hey guys!

HEY! Name is Adrian 16 yrs. old Living in california I drive a "hand down" 1997 Honda Civic Ex Coupe but automatic. I do prefer to drive stick shift over automatics but then again this car is a hand down from my sister. I currently just bought:

AEM Short Ram Intake
KYO Universal Muffler
CTR front grille (ABS plastic)

I know I haven't done a whole lot on my car BUT I am planning on buying:

Valve Cover Red paint
Super white headlight bulbs
Headlights and Taillights Smoke tint
Skunk 2 lowring springs (2")
DC single canister exhaust system
Hedmans Header
AEM pulleykit
AEM Cam gear
MAYBE a darkerwindow tint

I should have all of those by February through April of 2008.

TURBO KIT (might take until after summer of 2008) it depends on the money income I'm getting

MISC STUFF that I might consider buying:

Universal shift boot that fits automatics
Hi-performance look for the shift knobs :D
Racing seats (type-R)

After that I am planning on putting in a T3/T4 turbo. Now, I need suggestions to how to approach modifiying my car. I need a lot of ideas for turbo'ing my car since its automatic and all. I am looking forward to $2,000.oo budget TOPS for the turbo only. But, if you guys would help me out to get the same parts for lower prices then that would greatly appreciated. I do not work on my own car, although I installed the intake(which took zero to nothing brilliance). I need to know EXACTLY what parts to buy for the turbo kit if I'm buying the parts from scratch. I really need alot of your help to get through this long project. Also, i have my own crew... Team Supreme Theory (T.S.T.). I need alot of help and cooperation from you guys thanks alot for taking the time to read my post and yeah! looking forward to doing alot of communications with you guys :D

P.S. I already considered changing tranny but then I dont want to since IM getting a new car in two years(proly will be a stick shift)

- Adrian

If your buying a stick shift in 2 years... and cant afford the turbo yet... I would wait on that part. Turbo the 5spd you buy next but do the other mods in the mean time to keep you busy and enthused about your NEW ride!! have fun.

the best thing to do first for performance first is a ex/si transmission conversion

How much would a Transmission conversion cost?
