Newbie in every sense

Hi Guys. I am a Georgia girl w/no knowledge whatsoever about cars Period! I hope to learn a lot about bringing back to life my near dead Red 1995 honda civic (2door). It hasn't been well kept except for oil changes and the less than occasional tune-up.
