Newbie Here
I stumbled accross this forum and decided to look in. Lots of peeps here. Thought I'd might join. My car is coming up on 120k miles. I figured this would be a good place to get info on mods and do it yourself engine work. I can tell my alternator is losing power and will need replacing within 6 months or so. I've seen some really nice HO alternators. I wonder if it's compatable or if I need to have the chip recalabrated to match up the added power or if I can do it at all.
