not exactly an expert!

hey kids! Ok so i have a 99 civc ex and its slow as hell! I gots me a cold air intake header and a crapy exhaust. My fastest is a 16.2 and I feel I should be expecting more. Once I get into second gear its so damn slow! Is that normal whats the deal???

Thats where the 4-banger kicks in.[sm=smiley2.gif]...

Thats the down side to our cars, they are quick off the line, but in the higher speeds it somewhat drops off.
