im doing a paper on a honda civic in comparison to a mitsi eclipse...both 93s.....im clueless when it comes to the performance terms...as in the b15 b16 engines...other then the paper...im looking to get getting a 93 dx with the 94 ex engine... and then later in the year...im getting..if i can...the honda civic si..

im from clarion pa...and if u guys wanna help me by like throwing up ur opinions that would be great...papers due friday...soo i need them like today...(wed) or thursday..

Best advice is to look around here. That's how I learned so much. Check out the Engine Code Sticky. That'll tell you what engines you'll find in which Honda. That'll get you started, checking out the engine section, won't find any Eclipse info here though. Performance wise, there are so many variables to having a strong Civic or any other car, it comes down to mods. And here's a link that'll help you out with the various terms used here.

Not tryin' to dis ya, but that escort was totalled before you even laid eyes on it! That's good you're tryin' to get into Honda's. Just look around, use the Search feature, and if you can't find what you're looking for, or you want more info, just ask! Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. why thank you....i didnt take any of it as an insult...ne whoo i agree..i hateeeeeed the escort..it was my dads before i got it...with 120 thou...and when i wrecked it it has 148 i had the car from march to august....soo yeah...if u average the mileage its like..160 miles a day...and the most i would drive was like...20...but i had longgggg trips to ny..and nyc and phillie...

the civic im getting has 50k on the engine...roughly...and 130 k on the body...the tranny slips up when its cold out untill the cars warm...soo ne whooooooo i still want it...i need a car..and i know i could get an almost brand new engine from japan right?
