Default proper torque spec on wheel lugs for 94 civic

Hi my first post. I bought some new rims and was wondering what the proper torque specs are on the wheel bolts. The owners manual did not come with the car. TIA

I usually use a very simple rule of thumb: use stock wrench and only your hands to tighten lug nuts. No extenders, no legs, no weight use are allowed. This never failed me
