Default Rear seat latch release in 209 Honda Civic EX

I am trying to find out if there is a way or how the rear seat latch And the 2009 Honda Civic EX would release the seat during an accident the car was in a accident and was flipped several times But both latches to the backseat release did not end up the same. The release latch for the rear seat on the driver side was messed up and bent but the seat still intact, They release latch on the passenger side wise in tact and not even Bent or TWISTED but that seat was totally down and by that seat being down and the Latch not even messed with it allowed heavy metal parts to fly through the air from the trunk striking my son in the head and causing his fatal accident. So if that rear seat latch on the passenger side was not touched, twisted or opened manually why was that seat down and what

this is latch for seat behind the driver

this shows the seat down exposing trunk behind passenger

on the right side you can see the latch to the seat behind passenger that is not twisted, turned, broken, etc. it’s still in original position at top of inside the trunk
would have caused it to open up the seat behind the passenger.

I appreciate the information. Do you require investor business plans as well? Or you require a platform in order to expand your firm. I will thus recommend that you read this article at https://totimes.ca/how-to-write-a-bu...for-investors/. This content can be helpful to you.
