Post Some Advice?

I am very close to buying a 2 sedan door 1996 civic from a friend of mine and i was wondering what i could do to it tuning-wise on a tight bugdet?

Search around this site, read the stickies, and use the search feature before posting, if you're trying to find something specific. Well if you are on a budget you are with the right car. There is 15 different options for every part that you could imagine made for a civic.

I agree with 2000EX. For a budget tuner, the civic is perfect. I'm in the same boat so I would say just take it one step at a time and start with the simple stuff and work your way up to big.
