im puting a turbo in and wanne know what some of the do' and dont's are
its my every day driver and i dont wanne fry the motor 2 fast so basecly what i wanne find out what the
difenzes are lounch rpm and so on and how to drive it in eveyday use

 

Do's: DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Learn about turbo systems. How they work, why they work, what parts make up a "kit," etc etc etc... I'm planning on boosting my ride in a few weeks, and I have done nothing but read read read for the past 7 - 8 months. In my opinion, you need to know as much as you possibly can about turbos, before you can rightly consider installing one.

DO lots of research here at HCF to see what setup is "recommended" for your application

Don'ts: Don't buy SS Autochrome, XSPower, or any other e-bay crap-pile. And of course, DONT be afraid to ask questions.

know allready how they work and all the parts u need to make it work i allready got a garrett t3/t4 turbo whit a geddy innercooler an so on and getting ready to put in what i ment was driving wise what are some of the do's or more the dont's lets say stuff like only get the 93 oct... gass how mutsh boost on normal street use whit out puting to mutsh stress on the motor dont wanne burn up the new motor that fast i just put a jdm b18c1c motor clutsh,flywheel,chip,racing cat and so on in it
