Exclamation Transmission issues

Hey everyone, i am a new member here and had a couple of questions.

i have 2 issues with my Transmission. 97 EX model

Issue #1 My tranny makes a winding/humming sound while I'm driving. it seems to match the RPM. I've changed all the bearings using a kit from Honda, i didn't change the diff bearings though, once on another forum i seen someone say that the diff bearings are causing the noise since the sound matches the rpm. Could that be true?

issue#2 After the transmission warms up, about 20minutes of driving or so, i notice that it grinds when shifting into 3rd and 4th and from neutral to 1st. anyone had this problem before?
