what up people. im totally new to hondas and recently purchased a 95 civic ex. i like the car alot but the car doesnt have a steady idle. it idles from 1000 to 1500 rpms. i was wondering what the problem is and what i have to do to fix this problem. its not a big deal but it is very very annoying.

idle air control valve

your idle may be set too high; also, check your coolant level, if the coolant is so low that it's not getting to the IACV, it won't know the temperature of the engine, and it will idle weird.
