I too have a 2003 Civic Ex, but I'm going to keep mine stock for quite some time. Welcome to the forum and get some pics of the car up!

 

Go with the usual no brainer bolt ons. Like an air intake which is the first thing normally. Header... thn go with an exhaust... all should do a total of 30 hp i believe.

 

30HP? Highest quality and setups of the I/H/E would probably get you 20...MAX...on a good day.

 

air intake would be about 1 to 3 HP, header would get about 10 HP, and exhaust would be anywhere from 8 to 20 HP so remington has a good estimate... but it really depends. LOL. Personally, i would do intake, header, and exhaust first and work from there. consider pulleys and a new car gear while u're at it. unorthodox racing has some really good ones but they are damn expensive.
