Yea that stuff you've listed that's wrong with it is pretty minor, most of it you can fix cheap. Hit up a junkyard and I bet you can find yourself a new dash center vent (the whole thing comes right out by lightly prying it with a flathead screwdriver) and a new moonroof motor... hopefully you can find a glovebox too.

For the passenger window you'll first want to open up the door panel and make sure the window regulator and the part where the glass bolts to the regulator are all secured with no loose bolts.
