Default ¿NOS? What pressures

What sort of pressure would i be able to put through a B16 currently running 188bhp (stock internals i think) and what sort of power would it result in?

Pressure..? You mean sort of shot your stock internals could handle? Why don't you do a little research and READ the Nitrous FAQ in this section?

Pressure? Are you talking about what size shot? Shot = hp. 50 shot = 50bhp. You could run up to a 75 shot on it stock but you need to start off slow with the lowest shot the kit has (probably a 50 or 55 shot) and read the plugs to make sure everything is okay and before you do anything, even buy a kit, you have a lot of reading to do or you are going to blow the engine up.

Werd, gotta know how to work with it or itll do nothin but cost you money. Reading plugs is the most important thing you can do. Ive seen stockGSR's hold up to 125 shot, but I dont recomend you start off with that much. Get a 50 shot and a jet kit then tune it until you cant get anymore power out of it. Remember tho, READ THE PLUGS AFTER EVERY SPRAY!

If you're new to modding, i'd highly suggest you pick up the book "Honda/Acura Tuning" by Mike Kojima. Its a great book that explains what everything is. Has basic engine theory, talk about bolt-ons, Nitrous, Super/turbocharging, and N/A motors, and much more. I picked it up and i've been reading through it here and there, and its nice to have a nice basis of information down. It really helps alot.
