I'm interested in buying an 06 Civic Si and I was wondering what turbos can be fitted on the new Si? And if anyone has a turbocharged 06 Si, were there any clearance issues with fitting an intercooler? Reviews on different turbos would be nice too. I also noticed that the nose of the si is really small to fit an intercooler ... unless there's a custom top mounted intercooler/ hood scoop for the Si?

i dont think anyone has been brave enough to boost an 06 si...they are nice as hell as they are, too new i guess...i guess im anxious to find out as well what it can do

Who makes a S/Cr for the 06Si that is available? I haven't seen one for sale yet, I am pretty sure they have prototypes out though.

 

Jackson Racing is currently working on a supercharger for the Si. However, Mugen made one but it was a one off only... i think they might be developing for production... not sure though

Why is everybody making Superchargers for the 06 Civic Si? Turbos are much more versatile than superchargers when it comes to autocross and canyon carving ...

 

I will be getting a supercharger due to the fact that it seems like a lot less of an invasive instalation. It just bolts in where the intake is bolted.
