96 honda civic dx turbo worked
ight sorry i got a turbonetics turbo kit intercooler, piping, manifold, wastegate, blowoff, turb o, pistons, rods, rings, bearings, crank, aem head gasket, stage 2 clutch, i know i need the VAFC controller and fuel rail, injecterts fuel pump, which i am piking up soon, and im not shure what else i will need to complete this i want to make shure im not missing anything..
i would not recommend the vafc controller, i would go with a chipped ecu. the chipped ecu will run your car a lot better than a vafc. you have to find a tuner in the area with the chipped ecu, but it will be worth the money in the long run.
ohh really, i was told other wise and i guess some people dont know what there talken about thats why id ask here, but with the chipped ecu i couldent up or lower the boost cause the computer would still tyhink its unning at that certain psi wouldent it
Once you get the ECU chipped and get a tune on there, you don't want to be messing around fuel psi settings or anything, just let the tune do it's thing.
As for upping the boost, get a boost controller PRIOR to tuning, so that the tuner can accomodate for it.
