Then you've answered your own question. Build a boost leak tester and find your boost leak.
In your signature you said you had big boost leak, where was it coming from? Did you ever fix it?

I believe sov had a boost leak on his bov, he was running to much powa that the old one couldn't handle it[&:]:).

But yeah, like forty said, research and reasearch!!!

My BOV spring was being pushed open at 12psi. I also had some poor couplers, but it was mostly the BOV being stupid. I have since ditched that BOV and put in a new one that will not leak.

This is probably not your problem however.

My BOV leaks at idle, could this mean it leaks under power too?
I haven't had time to fix it yet, I should have time Sunday I hope.
I go to school, and work so I don't have much free time.

Your bov is open at idle so air will escape from it
