wanna order my chipped ecu from stealthmode (the oil line guys) and the say they need the file so they can chip an ecu with a basemap for me....help me out

thats weird because i never had to give them the basemap, i just had my tuner burn a chip for me. do you have a tuner yet or not?

Just give them a detailed list of your setup, they should be able to create a basemap from there. Your motor will sound/run like **** on it, but it'll get you to your tuner's place at least..

Ok, better question, what MAP sensor do you have on there?

If it's stock, keep it under 12.

Ok, I updated it slightly, unfortunately basemaps are hit or miss, sometimes they start and idle and other times they don't.[&:]

Just remember that this is a BASEMAP! Make sure that if/when the car starts, let it warm up to operating temperature and then drive it to your tuner without going much past 5* vacuum. I tried setting it as far on the conservative side as possible but there isn't really much I can do as far as fuel without you driving and me watching a wideband. Timing should be plenty conservative.
