D series turbo kit onto a B series engine - what modifications needed?

Default D series turbo kit onto a B series engine - what modifications needed?

lookin a buying a nice greddy d series turbo kit of ebay for my b16a2 - what mods with i need to do to the kit to get it to fit on my engine. e.g. exhaust manifold etc.

Turbo manifold and fuel management, plus I would think you would look at getting a bigger turbo but it is not "needed" so to speak.

hey Md420 spoke to the guy thats selling it....the greddy turbo kit comes with everything. from the handbook down to all the wiring, hoses and Piggy back management system. he has told me that the e manage Greddy piggy back ecu system that came on the D series kit will definatly fit on my b series ecu. would you think that is true. i went on ebay and found an emanage greddy piggy back system exaclty the same as the one in the kit and it says that it fits on my ecu.

and bigger turbo atm isnt that necessary - i have done quite a few NA mods to my b16a2 already. with the turbo running even at low boost i will be satisfied for a while.

if your cheap you can hog out the mounting flange bolt holes on your manifold to fit your b16(i have done this). you may want to consider match porting the runners also as they dont line up correctly.
