Greddy turbo on a 00 civic ex?

Is it worth putting a Greddy turbo kit onto a 00 civic ex coupe with 95k miles? Or should I wait until I have more cash to purchase a motor with less miles before putting on the turbo?

Chipped ecu, tune, compression test, intercooler, blowoff valve and you are fine.
