Grrrr..smoke!
What up? Okay, here is problem, about a week ago, i noticed smoke coming from turbo while i had the good popped. I couldent really pin down what was causing it, figured it was the gasket on the oil inlet because that seemed to be ground zero. Changed seals, started it up, and.....after it got warm, smoke. I cant figure it out. After you look at the pic, please dont tell me i need a rebuild or i have to take the damn thing apart....actually, tell me so i can just get it over with. The area where the smoking is coming from is in the red box, but its coming from the other side inbetween the turbo and the block.

you cant see exactly where it is coming from, it looks like where the compressor bolts on to the center piece. The smoke is not bad, its not pouring, just a stead whisp, but it still makes me feel uneasy.

Any way at all you can make that return line point straight down? I wouldn't be very comfortable with it the way it is now personally, that's a good 30*+ angle and if it hasn't blown the seals yet it will soon!
Way to check the seals would be to pull off the filter and charge piping and see if you have any oil building up in there. Otherwise I'm not sure what it would be, oil doesn't normally leak from that point.

Good suggestions, i will check the charge pipe. It runs great, the turbo was fully rebuilt when i bought it, everything brand new. It literally just started about a week ago, i will check the charge pipe tommorow.
