Mine eyes have seen the glory.

That was the coolest thing I have ever seen. I bet that guy hurts feelings all over town. That was also the quietest turbo I have ever (not) heard.

That vid is not really that impressive.The car is only putting down 186.6whp 170.1wtq
D16y8 stock-- T3 .42/.48 -- 9psi -- AFC hack RC440s

The guy runs turbod16.com and I am not knocking the power but there are far quicker turbo'd d16's.His is setup to have a big safezone,on a proper tune I have seen D16's hold around 220whp daily driven and reliably.Hell there was a guy on turbod16 that ran around 300whp on one with a thicker head gasket.It did not last to awful long but he raced it all the time and that is where the engine endded up dieing is on the dragstrip I think.

What point I am trying to make is that is a good running car but be a good bit quicker if the boost was upped and it was tuned right.

Why are you hatin'? I think you are missing the point. STOCK INTERNALS. Hello? He could have beefed it up for thousands and run 15-18psi, but it sounds like he is running the wastegate back into the exhaust and wearing people out. No big ass gauges, no body kit or spoiler, stock wheels... 186 to the wheels on an otherwise stock y8 is tight in my book. Can you say sleeper?

Maybe I enjoyed it because that's what I want for my car. Super sleeper wearing LS1's out with a daily driver.

exactly street sniper..........im boostin my d16 with a greddy kit......im only going to run 6 psi.......even less than that car..........BUT it will still be a pretty bad street car............itll be reliable as hell and a daily driver.......with an xtra 50-60 horse
