Heat sheilds suck royally. Bend the **** out of it, cut it, do whatever you have to do to mangle it enough to get the ****er out.

Use those muscles!

I really wish I was some dumb little kid that didnt know what I was doing and there was something very obvious that Im not doing but thats just not the case. I need some detailed help guys I know someone has to have had this problem before.

No, god help me if I didnt have a/c. I live in florida man, today was october 19 and it was a cloudy rainy EXTREMELY humid high of 89*! Taking out the a/c is not an option so I have to suffer in other ways. Any other helpful suggestions would be much appreciated.

Comfort perspective, I wish I had A/C

However, turbo installation perspective, I'm so glad I don't have it.

What's so hard about this heatsheild? It's not that thick, bend it out. Hell, I'm 130lbs and I broke the rusted bolts I couldn't get to off as I pulled it out.

Which part of the heat sheild is giving you the most grief red2000? Is it that you can't get to the bolts, or they're stuck, or what?

I have the thing completely unbolted I can slide it about 9"up and down but I cant get it out either way. Im going to try and maybe put the center bolt back in and pull out on it as hard as I can and to try and bend it a little flatter. Keep the suggestions coming in case that doesnt work.
