I've been meaning to do the write up on this for some time now, just haven't gotten around to it. When I do, I will make a more presentable diagram. But when dfdon needed the run down, that's what I made

If you have a stock resistor box, then yeah, you can use it. Otherwise you need to track one down. I have one I'll sell you cheap or you can go the radio shack way and do them inline with each one seperately. And you dont' need different plugs, if you mean the electrical clips that connect the injectors to the car. You stock connectors will work.
