^^ pretty much, but judging boost levels is easier to understand to some people I guess.
If we start getting too tecnical then we end up losing some people, but we're on teh same page. Also once you get up there in power drivetrain limits come into play.

i did some 5min research on what bolt on turbo kits are available in south africa.i know of only one supplier at the moment but i'll check for more tommorow.this is what i found to my shock...

as seen, the same kit as above is about $1200 more expensive in SA
i thought i could get a turbo kit for around $1100 (R7000, i'll even pay R8000), but seems as though its not gonna happen in SA!!! the turbo alone costs about $650 for the cheaper ones

As long as your a/f ratio is good and your EGTs arent too bad then running boost isnt a problem on stock internals. 6-8 is average, 10-12 seems to be the max for most people.
