Default need more boost

now that i have gotten over my coolant problem, i have been able to really push the car. but because my turbo is so big (T3/T4-.60 ar) and high altitude (6500 feet) i only make about 3.5 pounds at 4500 rpm. i would like about 7 pounds at 3500 rpm. i'm thinking of getting smaller turbo housing, maybe T3, and a manual boost controller. what else can i do?

Get a new wastegate and your manual boost controller.

what fuel are you running. meaning is it the stock fuel system or injectors, fuel controller, ecu tunning or none of the above? 2000SI is right get the wastegate and boost controller and if you want it to spool faster get a smaller turbo. you may not be making enough exhaust gas pressure to spool the big turbo.

what size is all your piping, smaller charge piping in conjunction with larger downpipe and exhaust will get you to spool earlier.
