just set your goals a little more realistic like, and yes, your goal is reachable, but not with your budget.

just why not build a streetable car with about 350? the thing is, you say you're not new to the import world, but you're setting goals as someone would without any knowledge about hondas. but don't mind me, just do what you want. and with that build, like sov said, you'll be spending around 20-25 thousand on parts alone (newish parts).

First and foremost, 500whp will not be feasable on pump gas. You will have to run race gas in order to make those kinds of numbers, (110+ octane).

The block will need to be sleeved, Eagle Rods (crower rods are n/a rods), forged 9:1 pistons probably 81.5mm best bet. All new oil pump/waterpump/bearings. Stock VTEC Bseries head will support 500whp without any modifications. However if you want to rev higher to 9K+, you will need to put new retainers and springs in. IMO ITR cams are plenty for 500whp.

Tubular manifold, Precision SC61/Garrett GT30R/Garret T3 60-1, good intercooler core, 2.5" piping, good intake manifold, ported TB, 3" exhaust at the very least, Tial 38mm wastegate.

1600cc injectors, Walbro 255lhp fuel pump, walbro inline fuel pump, Hondata S300, 8 range spark plugs, someone who is good with tuning to tune it for you.

With 500whp you'll need at least a 6pt cage in the car with 5pt harnesses if you want to race it at the track provided you have slicks on the car and know how to drive.

well i understand most of that and you are right you couldnt run it on pump gas ok so i will go with eagle rods then and i have 8.5:1 already in the car now for the would oem stuff be ok for bearings water pump and oil pump or would you recommend i go with aftermarket and if so what?? about how much would the itr cams cost?? i have a tubular manifold on the car already. just need the bigger turbo. 3in inter piping is that ok??? is the skunk2 pro series a good enough manifold?? if not what should i go with???? what exactly are 8 range spark plugs???

what oem stuff? itr cams aren't the easiest thing to find and are not cheap. what type of tubular manifold? 3 inch piping should be ok... skunk2, probably a custom manifold. 8 range sp's are colderplugs that run with your 'future' setup.
