si turbo
I have a 2000 si, and I was talking to a buddy of mine who had a 99 turbo si a few years ago, and he said that when he had his turbo installed, he had to have both radiators taken out and one performance radiator put in so he could have clearance for his turbo. Is this common? He had a t25 and I will be running a TD05H which are both pretty small. Has anyone ever heard of this needing to be done? How much more should I calculate into the total cost if i end up having to do this?
a td05h is a fairly small turbo you shouldnt have any problem getting clearence with a log type manifold, (look for the Blox mani) it puts the turbo straight down and can be used with AC.
my friend and I are takeing out his black 2000 si with a fully built motor tonight with AC. gettin 15-20 psi with AC. and power steering
when we get the dyno numbers' i'll post them
