Now that I've got the turbo, I'm looking into beefing up the internals pretty soon (possibly the same time I install the turbo). What are good, high quality brands, etc. I'm looking at about the $1000 and less range.

Eagle rods(H-Beam)
JE pistons(8.5 to 1)
Zex Cam
B18C throttle body
DIY port match on the intake manifold
Stg 2 excedy clutch with a 12lb flywheel

That should all be accesable with $1000

I don't know... JE pistons usually run close to, if not over, $500, a ZEX cam is probably about $275, and an Exedy kit is at least $200... For a full complement of good quality internals, you're going to need to do some eBaying if you want to stay under a grand.

Just another set of options...

Crower Stage 2 cam: $250
SRP 9:1 pistons: $445
Eagle H-Beams: $379

Just remember... it's always cheaper on eBay.

I've heard NOTHING but good things about Crower. Theres at least 3 guys locally running crower internals and rocking anywhere from 15-28 psi

I just bought internals etc. my car and trust me it's going to be hard to stay under a grand. Even with just rods and pistons you're going to hit about 900 w/ shipping. I got the H-beam rods, and wiseco forged pistons on ebay. I think it came in between 850-900 I don't remember exactly. Good luck!

Yeah, I'll probably order from ebay although it's not something I like to do often. What about sleeves?

Ok, cool, no sleeves. Yet.......

I'm looking to run anywhere from 15-20 psi eventually and hopefully make it around 300whp. I'm also a little worried about fuel management. I don't really like the 2 extra injectors on the intake piping (doesn't seem like it can be very accurate), so I'm looking at either getting the Edelbrock IM with the 4 extra injector ports, or just getting larger injectors altogether. I also want to get emanage. Can emanage support 4 extra injectors?
