IIRC = If I recall correctly.

Cryo2 is the system that uses co2 instead of nitrous to cool the intercooler

haha sorry...FNG (what ya gonna do with me?!?!) So they are just different systems? and work the same? I know you can get co2 injection for diesel engines...is this the same thing as well?

Um, I don't have any real experience with either so I couldn't tell you.

Also, Cryo2 has intake cooler things and fuel cooler bars... not just intercooler sprayers.

What is the significance with cooling the fuel? Obviously there is going to be some sort of performance enhancement; does it slow down combustion so you can run a higher cr or run more psi with fi? I have never even heard of cooling the fuel before. Wouldn't cooling the fuel lead to water vapor? Kinda like why you want to always keep your tank always full or most full in the winter; because you do not want water vapor to form in the tank?

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure about the fuel thing... I just know Cryo2 makes fuel bars. My guess is it's the same idea as cooling the air; colder air=more air, colder fuel=more fuel. Then again, I could be completely wrong

Yup, cry02 has an intake attachment with a bulb that is coold by co2, and then u can cool the fuel to further help reduce IAT's and make a denser fuel, and then after that you and have the spent c02 to spray infron of the intercooler to further cool the charge. cry02 uses a similar setup as NO2, usually trigered by a rpm window and an arming switch. its is a great way to cool the charge without having to worry about the not so pretty features of No2 lol.

^ not to mention there's a lot more places to get a co2 tank filled than an n2o tank

imo methanol/water injection + nos sounds like where this thread is going.

Ok whats water injection? Methanol is just a different type of fuel that cars burn just like alchy right? Or is it something different?
