Well a supercharger is great for big nasty torque

 

we use a different octane rating system here. its R+m/2. research octane+motor octane/2= octane. in other countries, and im pretty sure in the UK, they just use research octane numbers, which average 4-6 points higher than R+M/2 numbers for the same fuel. so its a lot closer than it seems.
