Default turbo b16 project

hey guys, last night i began installing my turbokit from a 88-91 civic hatch on my 95 coupe. lets just say, it's much harder than i thought it would be. tons of fabrication work was needed on the front. my friend and i worked for hours yesterday, only to get the intercooler piping, and intercooler mounted. it's a turbonetics kit btw, comes with the Spearco frontmount. although the front mount is big, there isnt really much custom work to get it mounted. had to remove the bumper support, and drill two holes to mount it, that's it. i had my A/C removed yesterday to make room for the manifold and wastegate. i'm hoping to get some pictures up soon, to show how the install is going. we had to cut out a ton of metal from the front end to make room to route the piping. tomorrow morning (saturday) we plan on finishing up the install, the hardest part of the install is done at least, lol. i feel kinda pathetic driving around with the frontmount on with just a filter attached to the outlet, but it's only temporary. i'll keep you guys informed!

the whole kit is together, just waiting on some new gaskets before i can start the install. the front mount is installed, but not functional, im just running a regular CAI right now, the intercooler is just sitting there with no piping going to it. the oil pan, the guy that's selling me his kit is giving me the oil pan too, already tapped, so that part is done as well. just have to worry about making a good seal. but ya, i'll keep you guys updated.

Don't worry, if it makes you feel better I drove around with my useless frontmount and non functional gauges for about a week and a half.
