no. I havent checked the ECU code. Sniper, the car pulls like a Fn beast. And the turbo sounds fricken sweet. Ngoti8or, im sorry but ur not correct on this one. The air filter has nothing to do with this, it wouldnt tell the blue box anything. Sacs, ive heard about the missing link, but everyone i talk to that has the blue box has no CEL's at all. Im driving the car daily, just not really boosting it. (Driving reaaal slow lol)..............im going to re check the wiring, and see what the boys @ Turbod16.com have to say. Ill keep u updated.

Oh and sniper, by limp mode i mean that the car pretty much loses all power. Wont really go upwards of 3K on the tac.

use a jumper wire and pull the code, then look it up in a Haynes manual and see what the hell is going on. it might be as simple as a lazy O2 sensor. oh, and did you end up doing the install yourself?

it could. that was just kind of a random idea, but it could be something that simple. its probably got to do with the blue box, but youll know more when you pull the code.

could possibly be a lean a/f code too... you might not be getting enough fuel.

Defiantely pull the code and see what it is, then we can help you out a little better.

I had/have the same problem. Mine would throw a cel and then go into limp mode at full boost as well. When I checked the cel it came back as a misfire in all cylinders. Turns out the stock ignition wasn't strong enough for the amount of fuel and air I was cramming down its throat. When I put the MSD system on the problem went away.

Recently my ride croaked and wouldn't start and thought that the MSD had gone bad on me so I pulled it out of the loop for troubleshooting. Not the problem. Once I replaced the ICM it fired up and ran but now I had my CEL problem back. (misfire)

Get em checked!

Off topic sort of but are turbos systems known for throwing random codes and causing odd problems, even after they have been installed for a while?
