Default Turbo Kit Upgrade for ex civic coupe?

Hi, im new to the forums and new to tuners. I was recently just a muscle car enthusiast with a 79 camaro, and dont really know what to upgrade my '96 civic EX coupe without really messing with its MPG's but thats kinda hard to avoid.. Anyways, i found a turbo kit, and i wanted to know if this is a legit offer with all the components i would need.
Heres the site: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/1568795035.html
How much would these retail for? And how to i go about installing it? Any extra info would also be much appreciated. (hp increase? and mpg decrease?) Thanks!

its a legit offer with all the components you would need... IF you had a b series motor in your car. But i'm assuming its stock, which is a d series, specifically a d16y8.

with a turbo you can actually get better gas mileage if you stay out of boost. also hp increase depends on your tune and how much boost + size of the turbo. stock d series can handle around 200whp reliably but can be pushed hihger but then you run into other risks like headlift, throwing a rod through the block and other complications.
