Default Turbo stopped building pressure?

hey guys, I have a 1996 Honda Civic SOHC turbocharged. And my turbo stop building pressure the other day, it's pools up 0 but won't go past that, and I looked at all my intercooler piping and that all seems good. What could be the problem?

The gauge isn't reading boost you mean? What kind of gauge? Is the MAP sensor reading boost?

Does the car feel like it is running correctly?

Are the fins on either side of the turbo damaged?
