what kind of power delivery and hp goals are you after. superchargers make for great daily driven performance. but its harder to get up to the power levels that a turbo can get you too.

i would turbo yours for the sole reason turbocharging is much more customizable to what you are looking for. Unlike supercharging when you turbo you can have your boost come in early or late or what ever.
