Turbocharging a 2003 Honda Civic lx
Hey guys, so I've got a 2003 honda civic lx and need all the information I can get on turbocharging it. My budget is a little tight so I can't really afford top of the line hardware, so any help would be much appreciated. Here are a couple kits I found, are they any good?

Also where should I buy the computer chip that I need and how much will it cost? Thank you! |
Not even going to look at the links. I can tell you have done no research on the topic. You can't chip your ECU. That's the first advice I can give you. There is a wealth of information available on the internet, go find it. Then come back with specific questions you may have and we can help. You are looking at spending at least $2k, and that just having the bare minimum set up to run "reliably". Quotes are used only because the variable (if you bought quality parts) would be the tuner. Get a ****ty tuner and say goodbye to all your money/time/engine

mother of god don't buy an ebay turbo if your broke then piece together used quality parts. d series your going to have to use a piggy back i don't think hondata makes anything for 01-05 but don't quote me on that im not sure. also if your lx is automatic going past 8 psi is going to destroy your transmission.

psi is irrelevant. I dont think op is coming back though
