4 bangers can make more torque than horsepower. However, there is no turbo on the market that will make 400wtq on a Honda and be so dead up top that the car only makes 285whp. If yo'ure making 400wtq on a Honda, you're making 600whp too.
A lot of the T25/14B Dseries guys are making a bit more torque or equal torque as horsepower because of the turbo size and how much it gets choked up.
Not saying 400wtq could have been on the dyno sheet, but the car sure as hell isn't making it. It's not possible, sorry.
