wow. the pistons on the Z1 are deep dishes. youre sitting at about 7.8:1 if everything else is stock spec with a stock 3 layer gasket.

i have t3/t4 with that set-up. and also want to know how high boost can i go? i have stock everything. and also .5 crank retard the timing.

 

You can safely make about 225whp on the engine, the lower compression will make it a bit easier to tune but you're not going to like it driving around. All in all you're still limited to how much you can make by the rods.

What trim T3T4? What AR? And most importantly, what are you using for engine management.

 

yeah on the AR it is 50..... what do you mean about not liking on driving around.also please if you can give me how to connect the boost gauge. and i have no idea how to adjust the boost......and i notice i'm leaking oil? not really sure if its coming from my pcv valve.thanks a lot for you're help i appreciate.

 

Did you turbo it already??? I'm confused.

You won't like driving it around because it's going to be an absolute dog without compression.

A boost gauge tells you how much boost you're running, it will not allow you to adjust boost. Is the turbo internally or externally wastegated?

 

SovXietday yeah i do it turbo already i'm geussing 7psi right now and yeah it is external w/g........ i just got this engine before i blow my original one, which is a b7 bottom end and z6 top end and a 50 shot wet nos........ the reason i blonw that engine is i have a liking oil, i think i accedentally run the car without no oil....what an idiot ha.....
