Im very much trying to find the best turbo for a b18c1 GSR engine with around 20-22 lbs boost capability.

Any knowledge much appreciated

 

depends on your goals. There is no "best" turbo. Do you even know why you want specifically 20-22 lbs. of boost? PSI≠HP gain, there are other factors involved, like the size of the turbo, just to name one. Do a search, read the forced induction FAQ at the top of the section you posted in. This question gets asked at least once a week.
