aftermarket light weight crank worth the $?
are you talking about the crank or the crank pulley? if the crank pulley, no those aren't worth the money. they're actually supposedly worse because they're not as well balanced as the honda OEM ones, and can ruin your engnine.

anyways, to my original question. what are you guys running and what kind of numbers are you putting down?
I'm running nitrous so I can't give any input here... [8D]

Is sleeving the block necessary?
stock sleeves should be good for about 400whp

stock cranks are forged and are good up to 500, maybe even 600+hp IIRC. Lighter flywheels = quicker revs.

Ive heard that the stock heads aren't worth a **** with enough boost??
getting the stock head ported/polished along with a larger intake manifold and throttle body will help you reach your goals easier, but isn't completely necessary.

and a place to get a built head with any warranty?
I'm not sure on any companies that sell fully built heads (I remember there is one but I don't have the link or remember the name of the co. sorry...) But you could just buy a turbo cam along with springs and retainers then get your head ported and polished.

I've also never driven any civic faster that about 140-150whp so I have no first hand experience but it seems to be fairly undebated common knowledge to people who are more experienced that 300whp is about the limit for a practical street driven fwd civic. So that might help you decide what you want to aim for.
