postive, you cannot blow your engine up with vtec since its built into the honda motor. if you add a turbo on then you will have a chance of blowing your motor up. but dont take my word for it, do what you want.

 

I've gotta agree with Forty... don't even bother changing the vtec engagement. You really won't accomplish much. As far as I'm concerned, you won't gain much power (if any) byadding a vtec controller, "horsepower chip", e-turbo, or any of the other "miracle products". Just turbo it and have a reputable tuner do his job.
