Default Would this be a good setup?

I drive a 93 Ex and I want to put on a turbo and beef up the engine in my car over the winter and I was wondering if these parts would make a good setup. I want to spend less than $3500. I also would like to see if I'm missing anything(this does't include an intercooler because I'm getting one from a friend).
turbo w/ oil line
manifold
downpipe
piping
blowoff valve
injectors
fmu
fuel pump
camshaft
pistons
cam gears
clutch w/ flywheel

Grand total 2886 w/ shipping included

If you guys see I'm missing anything or somthing I choose is junk plz tell me because I don't want to mess this up.
