looking for tuners/mechanics to do a job! inquire within

I'm considering doing a major change-over for my Civic and I need to find someone knowledgable and trustworthy who would be willing to work with me on this project. Here's the deal:

I need someone who lives either in Eastern NY, Southern VT, Western MA, Western CT, or Northern NJ. I currently live in Troy, NY (close to Albany) but my roots are near New York City so it'd be helpful to find people around those areas (preferably Troy, since that's where I live now). If you're in any of those places and interested, keep reading.

I have an automatic'99 EX coupe with basic mods: 17" motegi mr7 rims, magnaflow cat converter, dc-s header, tsudo catback exhaust, buddy club body kit, AEM V2 short ram intake. The car has 130,000+ miles on it, I've had it for 6 years now. Nothing serious has ever been replaced besides the modifications, and the car still runs great, but I can tell that it's getting old. I'm debating whether to do a big internal upgrade swap or run it for another year or so and buy a new car instead, but it all depends on the price of the installation. Here's what I'm looking to have done:

I'm planning on purchasing a B18C Type-R Motor package from HMotors(for details:http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...amp;item=30011), a T3/T04B Turbonetics Turbo package from turbo-kits.com (for details: http://www.turbo-kits.com/civic_turbo_kits.html), and completing an auto-to-manual conversion. Additionally I'm toying with the idea of purchasing a Hondata s200 OBDI System (details: http://www.hondata.com/s200.html) but that may have to come later because of the budget. I have about $10K I'm willing to invest into this change-over, and the parts are the bulk of it, running me around $8K not including shipping.

I'm looking for someone who can help me do this. I am willing and able to take part in this changeover to save money, but I cannot do it alone and do not have the facility to do so. Can anyone on here help me out with this situation? Again, looking for someone anywhere within the region: NY/VT/MA/CT/NJ (preferably in NY).
