**** my life. :| went to visit the gf this morning before she left for a week....sitting with my turn signal on for a car to pass in the other lane...BAM! get rear ended by a 60yr old doin 40mph in a chevy 1500. FYI Chevy 1500 > Civic. It's totaled (it was my first car too :|) Im high on vicodin and I'll most likely need some sort of therapy so the doctors say. Pics now... RIP Penelope...your heart will beat again.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never thought that this would happen to your car! It's crazy to see the rear pass 1/4 panel all folded up like that.
Not trying to rush anything, but are you planning on selling any of the goodies (si wheels etc etc)that are on the car before insurance takes it? Or are you planning on buying it back from insurance to attempt to fix it?

^ The damage is too severe to be pulled out. Trust me, a lot of my friends do collision and refinishing... minor things on unibodies can be pulled out on a frame machine, bigger things can't.

Sue the bish for pain and suffering (and whatever you and your lawyer can come up with), use the money to buy another EK, insurance buyback on Penelope, and then swap all parts over.

I'm looking on the bright side........SI rims untouchedz!1!1!!!! That and the motor is still intact, which means at least all the work put into that is fine, which i assume i quite a lot.....
I know what you mean about therapy. I was so close to crying when my first civic car got wrecked

Take my advice, get a good persona injury lawyer. If you need a good one gimme a buzz since I know a few. I hope the fuсker who rearended you admits fault even though it should be pretty obvious. Don't hide ANYTHING that hurts since it might come back to hurt for your entire life. Make sure you get compensated for this.
