thats a supercharger not a tubo charger if you read the description and you listen to the ending they say that

its calles a centrifugal (spelling?) supercharger. A lot of people make them...paxton, procharger, even HKS and blitz make them

No, because a roots type blower is nowhere close to a turbo.
