it looks like a pretty slick ride. i would drive it.

Very nice ride polo. With the 2.5" drop, did you need to get a camber kit for it? Also, how does your Tein suspension setup handle. Alot of ppl say the Ground Control coilovers and Koni Yellow Shocks are good as well.

I would like to drop my car eventually (no more than 2" adjustable), but I have to buy wheels/tires and the Civic Type-R spoiler/grill first.

Thanks guys, the Teins are nice, i love em' and dont need a camber kit, I still need an alignment. I've been slacking on that.

I've driven a real Type-R (j-spec) and it is sweet! That is one bad machine. I fell in love after one drive

The Type-Rs are nice on the inside but I can't dig the H/B style that much. I would much rather get an Integra Type-R if I had a choice b/w the 2.

click my sig if you want to see them all, Im hoping to get the new Civic Si in 2007... rumor is its going back to the 2dr. coupe 99-00 style with 180-190hp (not that lame design they have now)

RE: car pics...

dont know how many times its been said but ill say it again...damn thats i nice rolla!......:D

2000Si 08-08-2004 12:18 AM

RE: car pics...

Thats a nice car, you addressed the only two things I hate about hte Corolla S, lowering and rims.

As far as the Civic thing, I doubt it'll go back to the coupe. Civic Si's besides 99-00 have all been hatchbacks. That is the heritage.

polo708 08-08-2004 07:25 AM

RE: car pics...

here is where I read about the Si coupe... http://www.hondapreview.com/civic/

As far as the Si is concerned, Honda is planning on keeping the current version through MY05. For the next generation 2006 model, plans are to switch to a 2 door Coupe and address the issues of horsepower and styling. Honda is stating that the next generation Civic will "solidify Honda's Performance Leadership". We can't wait.
