cars are always preference. there's no "better car" and there's no "GAY" car (except for miatas).

 

Stock for stock the Si is faster, I know that for sure. Friend of mine goes around and finds stock/semi stock GTIs to race in his 06 Si lol, he's beaten every single one.

a friend of mine actually has a project going on when i talked to him a month ago, he was putting a 5.0 mustang motor in his miata, and its s/ced, i dont know if he ever get it done or whatever, tell you what tho, those lil cars will scoot, i know i liked my miata better when i had the z3, z3's r over rated lol

 

well, if you had a 2000 si, then the gti would win. I know because my friend has both an si and a really old gti.

 

Honda is probly cheaper to repair.

 

The 1.8T GTI isn't nothing to brag about in stock form but once you put a Revo chip in it then they really move. My friend has an 01 with a revo chip and it's rated at 207 hp and 232tq at the crank.
