I'm with sbowers.

The Z06 is uglier and will break faster. As well as it's the American "overcompensation" or "mid-life crisis" vehicle, while the Ferrari is the same, but for Europeans, who are cooler. :D

also, check road and track. According to their tests, the f430 was faster.
